Vinci Compound in the New Administrative Capital sits inside residential district R7 and offers a mix of apartments, villas and homes with gardens, along with the Vinci Street area, which hosts retail, office and medical activities.
The project's identity is built on the idea of boutique living, so units are spread across low-density neighbourhoods rather than repeating a single architectural model throughout the compound. Designer Hany Saad set the architectural vision and interior designs for the project in collaboration with Misr Italia Properties.
Vinci location in the New Administrative Capital
Misr Italia chose the project's site in the R7 district, near the Diplomatic District, the exhibition area, the Cathedral and the main routes within the Capital. The location gives access to business districts and government services, while the units remain inside a self-contained residential district with its own gates.
The distance to Vinci Street, the club or the gates varies with the neighbourhood the unit is in within the compound.

Vinci Compound area and master plan
The project spans around 110 feddans and is divided into eight neighbourhoods with different designs. Residential buildings and villas are arranged around gardens and water features, with relative separation between vehicle traffic and pedestrian paths.
The designs rely on modern façades and reception areas connected to terraces or gardens. Heights and building types also vary, giving buyers a choice between a traditional apartment, a ground-floor home and a multi-storey villa.

Misr Italia, the developer
Misr Italia Properties developed Vinci after launching its other project, IL Bosco, in the New Administrative Capital. Its portfolio includes residential, commercial and coastal projects, among them IL Bosco City in Mostakbal City, Cairo Business Park, Kai Sokhna and Solare Ras El Hekma.
At Vinci, the company brought in Hany Saad to develop the architectural identity, dividing the project into different neighbourhoods rather than relying on a single façade for all units.
