Solare Ras El Hekma treats the seaside home as part of a large, multi-neighbourhood resort, not just a unit near the water. The project spans around 386 feddans at Km 199 of the International Coastal Road, and offers chalets, serviced apartments, cabins, standalone villas, townhouses and twin houses.
The differences between phases within Solare give each area its own character: some centre on the sea, some overlook swimmable lagoons, while others sit at higher elevations with wider views.
Solare North Coast location
The project is on Ras El Hekma Bay at Km 199 of the Alexandria–Marsa Matrouh Road. The International Coastal Road gives access from Alexandria and Cairo, and it sits in an area with a number of new resorts and developments in Ras El Hekma.
Solare's beachfront stretches about 1 kilometre, with a depth of up to roughly 200 metres. A phase's position within the project affects the time it takes to reach the beach.

Master plan and design
The project steps down across several elevations, some of them more than 30 metres above sea level. This stepping was used to open up views for more units, with buildings and villas spread between the lagoons, gardens and open spaces.
EDSA took part in preparing the master plan and site coordination, alongside specialist architectural design firms. The project has 18 swimming pools, large areas of lagoons, and sports, retail and leisure zones.

Solare Ras El Hekma phases
Hilltop
Hilltop sits on one of the highest parts of the project, with a stepped layout that widens the angles of sea view. It offers ground-floor chalets, upper-floor chalets and penthouse units, with gardens, small lagoons and circulation paths.
Club Hill
This phase is centred on the social club and the sports area. It offers chalets and penthouses with layouts from 1 up to 3 bedrooms, with seven swimmable lagoons spread near the buildings.
Ciano Lagoon
Ciano Lagoon is dedicated to villas of all kinds, including townhouses, twin houses and standalone villas. The homes sit around swimming lagoons, with a club serving the phase's residents and a lower-density setting than the chalet areas.
Olive Oasis
The phase combines olive trees, gardens and lagoons with sandy beaches. Its units include townhouses, twin houses and standalone villas, as well as homes and units overlooking the water directly.
Maison Solare
Maison Solare offers serviced residential units with a hotel-style design, along with restaurants, cafés and a boutique hotel. Its units range from 1 to 3 bedrooms, and the sales team explains the management fees and the unit's operating arrangement.
Lumera
Lumera has 3-bedroom waterfront chalets, with sizes ranging roughly from 128 to 142 m². The units overlook the water features, and some ground-floor homes can reach the water directly.
Cielo
Cielo has townhouses and villas in modern designs, and benefits from a location close to many parts of the project. This makes it easier to reach the beach, social areas and services.
Amare Sea-Front Villas
Amare is a group of sea-facing villas along the Solare beachfront. It offers villas with 3 to 6 bedrooms, with coastal and hospitality services including a seafront promenade, restaurants, a wellness resort and beach cabins linked to hotel services.

Solare prices and payment plans
The starting price varies by phase: small chalets in Club Hill currently start from around 8.4 million EGP, while some villas and larger units start from levels above 17 million EGP. Townhouses in some phases start from around 24 million EGP, with coastal villa prices rising according to size and closeness to the sea.
Plans are available starting with a down payment of 5% to 10%, with instalment periods that may reach ten years on selected launches. Delivery dates change between phases: some deliveries begin in 2027, while newer phases extend to 2029 and 2030.
