Kai Sokhna location
Kai Sokhna is in the Ain Sokhna area near the Zafarana Road, about 15 kilometres from Zafarana and roughly 20 kilometres from the Ain Sokhna gates. The area's link to the Cairo–Ain Sokhna Road makes it easy to reach from Cairo for weekends without a long journey.
This location places the resort on the Red Sea coast, where a unit can be used across many seasons of the year, not just the summer months.

Kai Sokhna Village area and design
The project spans around 147 thousand m², equal to roughly 35 feddans. Buildings take up a limited share of the land, while the largest portion is given over to open areas, green spaces and swimming pools.
The beach is about 1,200 metres long, and under the project plan no unit is more than roughly 150 metres from it. This shallow depth shortens the distance between the living areas and the waterfront.
The buildings are low-rise, with terraces and façades that give views of the sea, the swimming pools or the gardens. How clearly the sea can be seen from each chalet depends on the unit's orientation, floor and building.

Can Limon
Can Limon is a new phase inside Kai Sokhna, with a limited group of serviced residential units. Its concept links living with dining, leisure and wellness services, through a collaboration with TLT Concepts.
The phase has 94 serviced units, plus a selection of restaurants and leisure experiences and a health and fitness centre near the beach. The sales team explains the management fees, the scope of the services included and the rental policy, if any.
