What makes the project's planning stand out?
The master plan was drawn up by CallisonRTKL in collaboration with DMA, dividing the city into residential, commercial, sports and cultural zones. The idea is to bring services closer to homes, reducing the need to use the car for every daily trip.
Water features cover around 45 thousand m², and the neighbourhoods are linked by planted walkways, pedestrian bridges and cycling paths. Built-up area is also kept limited compared with gardens and services, giving better spacing between buildings and homes.

La Natura
