IL Bosco Compound in the New Administrative Capital offers a complete residential community in District 7 (R7), combining apartments, villas, townhouses and twin houses. IL Bosco New Capital Compound Design
IL Bosco means "the forest" in Italian, and this concept is reflected in the master plan through planted corridors, gardens and water features that separate the residential areas.
The Vertical Forest idea appears in a group of buildings with balconies and planted spaces on different levels. The villa areas rely on low density, with private gardens and open corridors around the homes.
Designs range from apartments in low-rise buildings to ground-floor homes with gardens and multi-storey villas.

IL Bosco New Administrative Capital Phases
The Park
The Park includes residential apartments with one to three bedrooms, set around a central green area. The phase has ready units, allowing the buyer to see the building, the view and the actual finishing before signing.
The Cliff
The Cliff sits on one of the elevated sites within the project, overlooking the central garden, the water features and the Vertical Forest buildings. The phase includes townhouses and villas with three and four bedrooms, with delivery targeted for the last quarter of 2027 for some units.
